This past weekend was the first time I attended  the San Francisco Gem & Mineral Show put on by the SF Gem & Mineral Society. It was held in the  Hall of Flowers in Golden Gate Park. There were 2 rooms, one with displays of various items made or collected by the society members, the other room was full of dealers. You cold buy rocks, beads, minerals, fossils, from all over the planet. Items were sold from 50 cents for beads to thousands of dollars for fossils and gold nuggets. This is one show I plan to go to from now on.
