First off they are really good shows: lots of dealers with tons of vintage paper and tons of postcards (which are my personal favorite). I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and have been to half a dozen shows out in Concord and the new show in SF, and I have never been disappointed. Lutsky has a website that provides info on show dates and locations so if you're in the western US you might want to check it out. |

I went to this show for the first time last Sunday. There were lots of interesting items and I even found a few postcards for my collection. I look forward to going to the next show in Concord. I have never seen a postcard for sale for $1,600.00, but I did on Sunday, a very nice old Halloween postcard. Most cards where in the 1.00 to 5.00 range, but you could spend as much as you wanted to on them. |
